The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delightful and served with a smile. It is right in the Medina which is an ideal location. Each day was a mini shopping frenzy . Thank you all for making my stay so pleasant.

Classic Riad Style with a Moroccon twist ... Rather small Riad in the Medina of Marrakech. Roof terrace where breakfast is served with a lovely view of Medina Marrakech. Very well served breakfast with every morning something new to discover. Hardly to understand they don't...ny creditcard or any card at all to pay the rooms. It left us with a feeling of distrust. The exchange rate is off course in their favor and after spending 5 nights in all of the rooms you need a whole lot of cash to pay the bill. And there is every time a commission to pay when you go to an ACM to withdraw money. Very unfortunate ... therefor an average rating. Guy

Cute place in the great location, but mind curfew hours.
The location is great and riad is cute, even if it’s small and on economy level.

Super clean, friendly staff, great location We were very happy with our room on the 3rd floor. A spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed. It’s a small Riad and is good value for money compared to a lot of other Riads we looked at. The breakfast is served on the rooftop & was...te adequate. Staff really friendly & went out of their way to help. The only downside to this Riad is that there is nowhere to relax outside should you wish to read a book under the sun or shade. Sometimes other guests were noisy upon their arrival/return to their rooms.

Very good Riad and pleasant staff I was for the first time in Marrakesh and in Marocco. I booked the Single room by booking.com in Riad Leila. It wasn't very expensive. When I came to the room, I was unpleasantly surprised. The room was very, very small and simple, the bathroom...en smaller. The room had no desk, no placard, no mirror, no television, no safe, no fridge or mini bar and no tea/coffee facilities, but had air condition. The bathroom was without hair dryer and with some toileteries. The hotel has no lift. But the most important for me - it was very clean. I spent the night somehow on the very narrow bed. The breakfast next morning was served on the terrace and was real surprise. It was continental with no meat, but with good coffee or tea. It wasn't buffet, but served on the table. It was very tasty and abundant. The orange juice was made of the fresh squeezed fruit. And - above all - the hotel manager and the reception staff - Miss Amal and Miss Meriam - are great, very kind and they listened attentivly my complaint about the Single room. The surprise came on the afternoon. I was upgraded - with no supplement - to the elegant two bed room, where I stayed for another three nights. It was very good experience. I proimised to come back to Marrakesh, to Riad Leila, and to bring my Friends with me. I was served every afternoon - free of charge - coffee or tea and on my last evening all hotel guests were invited on the terrace to the special Ramadan dinner. Very original, very kind and very tasty.

best of 3 We stayed in 3 different riads this time in Marrakech and Riad Leila was the very best. Friendly welcome, stunning courtyard, clean, warm and attractive room with plenty of hot water. Breakfast on pretty roof terrace was typical Moroccan style...ast served with smiles. Perfectly quiet at night and a haven of calm during the day. Perfectly located just minutes walk to D'jemaa el Fna. To give you a flavour before you go, please read my novel The Kings in the Kasbah which is a tourist tale set in the old quarter of Marrakech. Have visited the city many times and Riad Leila truly is one of the best places to stay. It will be my riad of choice next time I visit and cannot recommend it highly enough.

A calm oasis in the chaotic medina Everything about this place was perfect. It was a calm oasis in the very middle of the chaotic Marrakech city centre. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop is to this day our favorite hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. The... is small and consists of only a few rooms.
The only negative - no cards accepted, only cash, which is standard in Morocco, but hotels should accept cards or online payment.
I will definitely book again when I come back to Marrakech, and you should too!

Nice riad, friendly staff and good location We only stayed here for 1 night before flying back home (we stayed already in a different riad previously).
The first contact via email was excellent and great responsiveness regarding inquiries for a transfer to the airport (7AM... The reception upon arrival was very welcoming. We received bottles of water and Moroccan tea with sweets on the rooftop. The room was good and clean.
The riad is very conveniently located near several sights in the medina / kasbah and also for restaurants. It is also reasonably easy to find (we used google maps - offline) as it is just slightly off the ‘road’
The only drawback of riads seem to be that there is little noise isolation. This riad has very limited noise from the neighbourhood but it can be a bit noisy if the other guests don’t take this into account. It was no issue after 10PM with the guests present.
The airport transfer was arranged as agreed and with no significant issues despite the time (planned 5:00AM departure - actual departure 5:10AM)
We enjoyed this riad more than the previous one and would recommend this one also because of the location and the friendly staff.

Run by Angels Riad is absolutely lovely, decor, cleanliness, exactly as you can expect from the photos. What makes this place truly excellent is the staff! The gentleman who runs the show (I am not actually sure when he sleeps) is an absolute angel. No request...an inconvenience. We arrived last moment at 11pm after a disaster of a Riad. Despite the late hour, we were greeted with a smile and the utmost courtesy.
If you need a cab, let the front desk know. They will call you a trusted one, ensure a fair price, and checkin with you when your return. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Absolutely amazing!!!! We stayed 2 nights at Riad Leila and our experience was just amazing! It took me quite a long time to choose which Riad I wanted to stay at as I wanted a nice inside patio but also a nice / modern room as some Riads seemed to have very old... Riad leila is a very small Riad, the patio is small but beautiful and smells amazing. Our room was very clean and new. Air conditioning, good shower, bed was very comfortable and the personalised service that we received was what made the difference. I want to mention that our hostess KHALID was the best! He always looked after us!! We had some inconveniences with our dessert tour and they were always very helpful. I would recommend Riad leila 100%

Great riad in a brilliant location within the medina.
It was in a great location within the medina, very close to the main square and lots of restaurants close by.
They serve a beautiful breakfast each morning of pastries, eggs and jams. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
